Is your website quietly costing you clients?

Nine honest questions about your website, brand and booking journey. As you answer, you’ll draw your own visibility portrait, then unlock your score, personalised findings and clear next steps.

Start the check

Free, nine questions, about three minutes.

01 Begin

Take a breath. Then answer honestly.

Nine questions about how your business shows up online. As you answer, you’ll draw your own visibility portrait: one ring for every answer.

What best describes you? (optional)

Three things decide whether people book.

Most websites don’t fail because they’re ugly. They fail because visitors can’t quickly understand, trust or act. The check looks at each, three questions at a time.

Clarity

How quickly people understand what you offer and who it’s for.

  • Where are you currently with your website?

Social profiles come and go, and people usually check a website before they trust someone with their time or money.

  • How clearly does your website explain what you offer?

People decide within seconds whether a page is for them. If they have to work it out, most won’t.

  • How confident are you about what to promote?

When you try to talk about everything, people remember nothing. A single starting point makes marketing simpler and calmer.

Trust

How credible, consistent and findable your business feels.

  • How confident are you in your branding?

Mixed styles make people work harder to recognise you, and inconsistency can read as uncertainty, even when your work is excellent.

  • Do you show evidence of your work?

When a decision feels personal, as it does with therapy, coaching or healing, people look for someone like them who has been helped.

  • Can potential clients find you through Google?

If you only appear when someone already knows your name, all your growth depends on word of mouth.

Conversion

How smoothly interest becomes an enquiry or booking.

  • How easy is it for someone to book or enquire?

Every extra message or step is a moment where interest can quietly fade, especially for people who feel nervous reaching out.

  • How well does your website work on mobile?

For most small businesses, more than half of visits come from phones. Awkward layouts quietly send people back to search.

  • How consistently are you receiving enquiries?

Referrals are lovely, but unpredictable. A website should introduce you to people you haven’t met yet.

Clarity, not a sales pitch.

  1. 01

    A score out of 27

An honest overall score, broken down across clarity, trust and conversion, so you can see where you’re strong and where you’re leaking.

  2. 02

    Personalised findings

Not a generic checklist. Each finding comes from one of your answers, with why it matters to the people you want to reach.

  3. 03

    Next steps, in order

What to do this week, what to do this month, and what kind of support would help when you’re ready.

  4. 04

A personal note, if you’d like one

Tick the box when you unlock your results and I’ll look at them myself, then email you an honest note on what I’d do first.

Four places you might land.

  1. 0–8 out of 27

    Your business needs its foundations

You have something meaningful to offer, but your online presence isn’t yet giving people a clear route to discover, trust and book you. The priority isn’t doing more marketing. It’s building the foundations that make your marketing work.

  2. 9–17 out of 27

    Visible, but not yet converting

You have begun creating your online presence, but gaps in your message, design or booking journey may be costing you enquiries. You don’t need to start again. You need to make the pieces work together.

  3. 18–23 out of 27

    Nearly client-ready

You already have several strong foundations. A few focused improvements could make your business feel more credible, easier to navigate and better equipped to turn attention into enquiries.

  4. 24–27 out of 27

    Ready to grow

Your foundations are strong. Your next step is increasing visibility, building authority and creating a more consistent pipeline, without losing the clarity and personality that already make your brand work.

About the check

Is the Visibility Check really free?

Yes, completely. Answer the nine questions, add your name and email, and your results open straight away. There’s nothing to pay and no obligation.

Why do you ask for my email?

So I know who took the check and can follow up properly if you’d like me to. You can ask for a short personal note on your results, and you choose separately whether to receive occasional studio notes. I never sell or share your details.

How long does it take?

About three minutes. There are nine multiple-choice questions, and your score, findings and next steps appear straight away.

Who is it for?

Wellbeing studios, yoga companies, retreats and wellbeing brands, as well as therapists, coaches and practitioners. Anyone running a service-based business who wants to understand why their website isn’t bringing in the enquiries it could.

Do I need a website to take it?

No. If you don’t have one yet, the check shows you which foundations to put in place first so you start in the right order.

What happens to my answers?

When you unlock your results, your answers and details are sent securely to me so I can see your results too. They’re used only to reply to you and, if you tick the box, to send occasional studio notes. See the privacy policy for details.

What if my score is low?

That’s useful, not bad. A low score usually means a few foundations are missing, and those are often the quickest things to fix. Your results tell you exactly where to start.

You’ve already built the business. Now let’s make it look like one.
